    We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our app. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

    6. Third Party Services

    We use the following third party services:

  • Firebase. We use Firebase to handle authentication and store user submitted data. Firebase's privacy policy can be found here.
  • Sentry. We use Sentry for error handling allowing us to monitor the stability and performance of the app. Sentry's privacy policy can be found here.
  • Mailgun. We use mailgun for sending essential emails and promotional emails users have opten in to. Mailgun's privacy policy is located here.

    • The following information is stored on Firebase:

  • Email
  • Name
  • Metadata such as the time the account was created
  • Preferences and licence agreements
  • User submitted data
  • Feedback

    • The following information is stored on Sentry for 30 days:

  • Device information
  • User identifiers
  • Session information

    • The following information is stored on Mailgun for 30 days:

  • Email addresses
  • Contents of emails
  • Metadata about sent emails

    • 7. Your Choices

    You have choices regarding the information you provide:

  • You can update or correct your account information at any time.
  • You can unsubscribe from email communications by following the instructions in the emails you receive.

    • 8. Access, Correcting, and Deleting Your Information

    You can request an export of your data from the settings page of the app.

    Your submitted information can be corrected in the app.

    You can also request that your data be deleted from the settings page. Upon such a request, user submitted data stored on Firebase is immediately deleted. Data stored on other third-party services will be stored until the expiration of their respective logs.

    9. Your Rights

    General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

    If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Plannerface Ltd aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

    California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

    If you are a California resident, you have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to know about personal information collected, disclosed, or sold.

    California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA):

    We comply with CalOPPA by posting this Privacy Policy, providing information on how we collect and use personal data.
